What Forms of Payment Are Accepted

At the moment we are accepting Debit/Credit Card payments.

Can I Cancel an Order?

Yes. You may do so prior to fulfillment. You must let us know within the first 24 hours after your order is placed, for an order to be cancelled. Please send us an inquiry to cancel as soon as possible.

Is My Information Secure?

Yes, your privacy and security is important to us.


We have a 7 day order processing time. In this time we then place an order from our suppliers who send the order to our agent and then directly to you.

 USPS Shipping:

We send these orders via ePacket and China Post Air and once landed in the USA your package will be handed over to USPS to deliver to you.

SHIPPING TIME: 20-39 days

International Shipping:

To orders outside of the US, and Canada we send orders via China Post Air Mail and will be handed over to your countries mail service to deliver to you. These orders usually take a bit longer due to customs between different countries.

SHIPPING TIME: 25-40 days


Tracking information is sent out once orders are shipped.

NOTE: Tracking information when shipping through China Post Air can take up to 15 days to appear after an order has been shipped. 

What if I use the incorrect shipping details?

If the incorrect shipping address is provided we unfortunately do not offer refund or re-shipments of products. If you notice the address is incorrect before your item is shipped, please alert us as soon as possible so we can change it.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. We do ship to PO Boxes via USPS. Expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box.

What if I forgot to add a color or size option?

If you do not select a color or sizing option you will try to contact you as soon as possible.

What if I want to return/exchange an item?

Items can be returned/refunded within 14 days of delivery for store credit. If you want to return an item for exchange or refund please contact us as soon as possible. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Charges lie on the customer unless item is damaged prior to receipt.  

Note: All sale items are final purchase and not eligible for a return

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

Refunds are automatically reversed as soon as the refund button is hit, it usually takes 5-10 BUSINESS days to appear on your account. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you open a dispute with your bank for an order which you have received or an order which you have given a tracking number and it's on its way to you will have to re-pay the amount for the order, and also the dispute fee.
